1. Fiberboard lamination equipment
This MDF production line is primarily used to manufacture thick mediumdensity fiberboards, so it is equipped with fiberboard lamination system to assist in MDF production immediately afterpre-pressing procedure. The laminating equipmentfunctions to ensure the synchronous operation of upper and lower belt of thebelt conveyor, so as to make sure different layers of semi-finished fiberboardsare precisely overlaid upon each other.
2. Steaming-vacuum press
This open type steaming-vacuum press is an upgraded version of conventionalmultilayer hot pressing machine. It additionally comes with a steaming plate(or a steaming system which shares the steel plate with the pressing plate),steam pipeline and vacuum adsorption system. It, coupledwith loading and unloading devices, constitutes the hot pressing unit ofthe MDF production line.
This vacuum press firstly transfers heat to fiberboards via the hot pressingplate. When the semi-finished fiberboards are compressed and come with properdensity, the pressing machine will inject the high pressure steam ontofiberboards through the holes on steaming plate, thus making the temperature ofthick boards’ core layer approach to curing temperature. Therefore, curing ofthe central layer and surface layer of thick fiberboards can be synchronized,which greatly shorten the hot pressing period. This contributes to improvingthe production capacity of our MDF production line.
When the fiberboard temperature is balanced, the vacuum press will perform negative pressure adsorption to remove condensed steamand reduce the water content of fiberboards. Afterwards, conventional processeslike high and low pressure maintaining and depressurization are proceeded.
