Advantages
1. The frame of Jechen sander is made of hard steel plate.
2. Hydraulic locking device is used to ensure both the top and bottom of themachine are fixed firmly during operation.
3. Parts of the sander are interchangeable. (For rough sanding and finesanding, e.g.)
4. The sander comes with central lubrication and auto bearing temperaturecontrol.
5. The sander roller diameter is 450mm.
Application
The sander, together with the sanding technology, is typically used for thicknessing and sanding as well as surface finish ortreatment of particle boards, medium density fiberboards (MDF), high densityfiberboards (HDF), plywood, cement boards and plasterboards.
