Application
Lifting type welding rotator, turning roll is used for barrels with head and trail of different sizes. The entire barrel can be placed at the same level by adjusting the shaft height of the roller.

Maintenance
1. The equipment should be cleared before using. Rubber rollers should be kept away from oils and heat to avoid aging. If possible, the equipment should assigned to one specific person for operation and maintenance.
2. During installation and start up, the speed reducer must be filled with 30# machine oil, this is also necessary when the environmental temperature is below 0℃. The oil should be completely replaced after the first month in use, then changed every six months.
3. To avoid damage to bearings, welding ground should not be placed on roller bed.
