Rotary Screw Air Compressor, HNS-50A Series

In order to stabilize the speed and air pressure while lowering energy costs, HANOS offers rotary screw air compressors that employ advanced synchronous vector control technology to adjust the motor's rotating speed in accordance with air consumption. We provide 7.5kW to 132kW rotary screw air compressors.

The rotary screw air compressor is designed with a high efficiency motor that features IP54 protection and high starting torque, allowing air compressor to start up efficiently.

Screw Air End

Our screw air compressors feature reliable screw rotors, triple shaft seals, fewer consumable parts, compact design, enhanced air discharge volume and more stable performance.

Cooling system

High-pressure cooling system brings high dissipation efficiency which allows the rotary screw air compressors to perform continuously in high-temperature or high-humidity environments while maintaining optimal working efficiency.

Smart electric control system

Electric control system adopts LCD human-machine interface for users to easily get operation information including temperature, pressure, running time, auto fault diagnosis. Controlled by microcomputer, our electric control system provides protection functions and auto alarms, including open-phase, overload, motor unbalance, high voltage, low voltage, high discharge temperature (>110℃), high discharge pressure protection, etc. The air compressor also has an emergency-stop button to ensure the operational safety.

Smart IoT management system

Smart IoT management system realizes 24/7 automatic monitoring and automatic failure alarm in more efficient and user-friendly way.
