The DCK-240/300 series granule packing machine is available for both 3-side and 4-side sealed pouches. The figure 240 and 300 represent that the maximum allowable width per roll of plastic film are 240mm and 300mm, respectively.

Both series are suitable for bagging granules with good flowability. They also offer choices of cutting tools. A saw-toothed cutter creates attractive serrated edges while a cutter with straight blade gives a wide, flat cutting surface.

3-Side / 4-Side Seal Granule Packing Machine

240 series of packing machine can handle granules of 1 to 80ml in volume while the 300 series can either deal with 1 to 80ml or 10 to 350ml granules.

Upon customer’s request, the packing machine can be equipped with an inflating apparatus, hole-punching device, and other ancillary tools. Both series of machines can be used to bag coffee, sugar, nut, and tea into small pouches.
