Vacuum Suction Fingerless Single Facer

Characteristics As its name shows, our SF-100/120 vacuum suction fingerless single facer adopts a fingerless vacuum suction.
The maximum machine speed is 100m/min for the SF-100 model and 120m/min for the SF-120 model. Diameters of corrugating rolls are respectively 280mm and 320mm for the two models of vacuum suction fingerless single facers.
Gluing roller diameter of our carton making machinery is 215mm.
This corrugated board manufacturing equipment comes with preheating rolls for liner and medium.
Lifting of upper corrugated roll, pressure roll and glue roll are pneumatically controlled.
Bearings of corrugated rolls and pressure rolls use high temperature lubrication grease.
Motorized glue dividing device makes for easy breadth adjustment.
Thanks to the independent gear box, gimbal axis and the oil-immersed lubrication system, our vacuum suction fingerless single facer produces low noise and can keep working stably.
Main controller and related roll stand adopt linkage control.
