Automatic foil stamping creasing machine is an integrated machine which is used for the creasing, stamping ,and cold or heat embossing of cardboard boxes, cartons and trademark labels in the packing and decorating industry. Features
1. Being equipped with three axles in longitudinal and two axle's hoegontal foil stamping devices, our automatic foil stamping creasing machine offers reasonable foil stamping process and saves oil.
2. Having being equipped with the feed device to adjust the speed of moving paper, it provides high accurate worked paper.
3. The device of pile-up in advance and the feeding pile adjustable in minimum are equipped, which helps improving the efficiency of work. Also, with the automatic pre-delivery device, our equipment has higher level of automation and makes the pile in good order.
4. The front-and-back registration of the gripper bars is equipped with adjustable device. The model of digital offers speedy and accurate adjusting of the front guides. In addition, the adjustable device can be operated by the touch screen at two positions of the machine. Therefore, it is convenient to adjust the precision of front guides.
5. The accuracy and speed of the frame locking have been greatly improved by the pneumatic locking device which is equipped at five positions of the frame.
6. Non-clearance registering structure of the steel plate makes it more accurate in repeat registration.
7. With the automatic central lubricating system, it can be automatically lubricated according to the time and quantity.
8. Our machine has a unique safety device. The device consists of a torque limiter that can stop the machine automatically when an overload occurs due to the fault resulting from the machine or operator.
