Bevel Steering Gearbox

Application

The T-series bevel gear box is used for a variety of purposes, including:
· Side transmission
· Lifting equipment – Left and right output is achieved using one reducer, and after steering, synchronous lifting is achieved
· Mechanical parking systems- one reducer drive powers the left and right chain wheels to synchronously run
· Game machine- one vertical shaft inputs, while the double horizontal shaft runs in reverse
· Packing machines

Features

1. This series of gear boxes has been designed to have a standard structure and design across the various types and ratios. Ratios include 1:1, 1.5:1, 2:1, 2.5:1, 3:1, 4:1, and 5:1. The gearboxes are known for their outstanding efficiency.
2. Gearbox options include single horizontal shaft, double horizontal shafts, single vertical shaft, and double vertical shaft structures.
3. A spiral bevel gear can rotate both forward and reverse, allowing for a stable transmission at high and low speeds. The gear features little to no noise, a low vibration rate, and a heavy load bearing capacity.
4. When the ratio is not 1:1, the horizontal shaft brings an input or the vertical shaft brings an output performance, the speed of the gear box increases.

Installation & Maintenance

Notes before Installation
1. Clean out the shaft and inspect it for dirt or rust before using it in the gearbox
2. Working temperature: 0 -40°C
3. Ensure the mating dimensions of the hole for steering gearbox connection meets all requirements.
4. Change the stopper to vent the plug at its highest position before using the gearbox. This ensures the steering gearbox can efficiently vent gas from the body during operation.

Installation
1. The steering gearbox should only be mounted on flat, vibration resistant and torsion resistant support structures.
2. Do not knock the belt pulley, coupler, small gear or chain wheel into the output shaft using a hammer. This prevents bearing and shaft damage.

Operation and Maintenance
1. Inspect the steering gearbox to ensure it remains flexible after installation. Carry out a non-load test before the first time usage, then gradually add a load under normal operating conditions.
2. Do not use the steering gearbox with loads that exceed acceptable levels.
3. Check the oil level before and during usage. Lubricating oil should already be in the gearbox before delivery.

Oil Change Rules
First oil change: The first oil change should be carried out after 300 to 400 hours of operation. After that, change the oil after every 1500-2000 hours of operation.
The lubricating oil should be inspected every two weeks, especially under harsh operating conditions to ensure temperatures are within the normal range and the gearbox remains dust free. Once dirt or other impurities are found in the oil, change it. Keeping the lubricating oil clean extends the service life of the steering gearbox and increases economic benefits.

1. How do I store the gearbox?
1) Keep the reducer in a clean and dry place.
2) If it will be stored outdoors or in a humid location, place the reducer in a box and pack tightly with a plastic bag around it to prevent moisture buildup and external erosion. For added protection, take condensation and rust prevention measures.

2. Cautions
1) Do not overload.
2) The input speed should never exceed the allowable maximum speed.
3) If the following occurs, stop and check the gearbox immediately:
· Sudden rise in temperature
· Sudden abnormal noises
· Sudden change in speed

3. Warranty Instruction
The following costs and damages are not included in our warranty:
1) Freight cost
2) If the reducer connects with, or is inserted into the unit when dismounting or mounting the unit, or other unnecessary actions, there will be added costs.
3) Damage caused by improper usage
4) Other derivative and accompanying damages
