Double action extrusion system is capable to produce aluminum seamless tubes in a highly efficient manner, thanks to the independent piercing system. For this tube extruder, there are two types available, long stroke extruder and short stroke extruder.

This double action extrusion equipment is especially developed for the production of copper seamless tubes. Its advantages include:
1. Unfixed dummy block can be used to save cost.
2. The diameter of extruded billets can be less than 152mm.

1. Deformation of the whole structure might occur when working under high pressure.
2. The accuracy of guiding rail and the shaft center of extrusion are not easy to ensure while manufacturing.
3. Long idle time.
