SHC1221 384k SIM Card Chips

As its name indicates, the SHC1221 384k SIM card chip is a high end contact smart chip especially designed for SIM cards. It adopts ARM SC100 CPU, while the embedded RAM and flash memory are intended to store data and programs. Moreover, this range of contact chip perfectly integrates DES, timer, interrupt controller, system controller, security control unit, ISO 7816 I/O interface and many other modules together. This SIM card chip is mainly applied for GSM cards, 3G SIM cards and JAVA cards.
