1. Introduction
1) The double head corner crimping machine is designed for thermal insulation aluminium doors and windows. It is used to synchronously rivet and crimp corners in double heads of frames and sashes, and able to complete two corners at a time.
2) The product adopts the plunger type hydraulic system, in order to punch rivets efficiently and connect corners firmly.
3) The hold-down and positioning device allows adjustment in the vertical direction, and is suitable for profiles with distinct specifications and sections.
4) It innovatively puts two foot valves to use, which makes pre-compaction more effective, facilitates cutting feed and corner crimping, and reduces the rejection rate.
