Soft Starter

Introduction
In addition to the functions possessed by the existing products in the domestic market, our LZR1 series soft starter also has the following special functions.
1. High power inner bypass design is the main advantage of the LZR1. This design avoids many problems which occur in the design of outer bypass design. It simplifies the primary circuitry of the soft starter and makes it very easy to install the device. This inner bypass design also makes the secondary circuitry easy for users to master. Our LZR1 is the first soft starter using inner bypass design in China. Its power range is 5.5~400kW. The LZR1 has obtained design patent, with patent number of ZL 200630038542.4, and utility model patent, with the patent number of ZL 200620044145.2.

2. Our product is equipped with a square chip imported from Germany and an advanced chip support plate. The plate is made by direct copper bonding (DCB), which has excellent thermal conductivity. The number of thermal cycle is 10 times higher than the value specified in the national standard.


3. This soft starter integrates high power thyristors and full-digital phase-shift trigger circuits. It owns small body and strong anti-interference functions, as well as the advantages of anti-earthquake, anti-humidity and no spark during switching, so it is particularly suitable for use in the flammable or explosive environment.


4. Inner bypass installation is a big system project which is developed on the basis of many hi-tech devices and modern science theory. The control center is an advanced microprocessor. Advanced programming techniques, full digital phase shift technique, as well as high power non-arc and long lifetime contactor technique are all well applied. It is well known that the difference between a contactor and a relay is that the former has arc eliminator while the latter doesn't have. Our LZR1 soft starter has an arc eliminator equipped inside, so it can be connected with the high power load and high voltage load.


5. Our product is provided with a user-friendly interface. It adopts a LCD, on which the start mode, start time, primary voltage and soft stop time are displayed. Users can control the startup mode of the motor through programming with the help of the instruction manual.


6. Our product adopts JDG1 type motor integrated protection device and it has related interface, so strong protection can be provided against phase failure, overload, over-voltage, under-voltage, and stall. The product is also equipped with a heat protector inside the body and protects against over-current and overload.


7. The LZR1 soft starter can be controlled directly from the LCD screen and it can also be controlled remotely through the computer in the control room. Urgent stop, soft stop and soft start can be realized.


8. The inner bypass system adopted by our product uses non-power running technology, so it has the advantages of energy saving, no noise, and no electromagnetic pollution.

Thermal protection When the starter is overheating and the inner temperature exceeds 75℃, it will be turned off automatically.
