Structure
Our JS500, JS750, JS1000, JS1500, JS2000 or JS3000 concrete mixing machine is composed of elevator bucket, feeding guide rails, winch mechanism, main mixing equipment, equipment chassis and outriggers, concrete hopper, waterway systems and electric control system.

Features
1. This concrete mixing machine equips with twin shaft with blades to ensure that the concrete is sufficiently mixed.
2. The shaft end is sealed with multiple sealing device and oil pressure seal protection device to ensure the tightness of the main mixing equipment. The shaft end bearing system and shaft seal are separated for easy maintenance.
3. In addition, the shaft end bearing system of our mixing machine adopts ductile iron castings to offer a higher strength and abrasion resistance. The liner and mixing blades are made of high chromium cast iron pieces as well. Moreover, the mixing arm features a stylish, streamlined design.
4. Our product is suitable for mixing various types of concrete such as dry hard, semi rigid, plastic and mortar.

Model Selection

You can select our JS500, JS750, JS1000, JS1500, JS2000 and JS3000 models based on the discharge capacity of 500L, 750L, 1000L, 1500L, 2000L and 3000L, respectively.

Applications
As a core part of a concrete mixing plant, the concrete mixer adopts the dual-horizontal shaft, forced mixing method to achieve the fully mixing of concrete materials. It can complete concrete mixing independently, and can also be used as the core part of a concrete mixing station or a mixing plant. It is widely used in construction sites, as well as the small and medium sized precasting plants.
