Structure
Our XS80A, XS80B and XS150 gravel washing machine mainly consists of hopper, feeding belt conveyor, gravel wash equipment and waterway system.

Features

1. It comes with a simple structure, small size and convenient maintenance. With 3-stage settling ponds nearby, our product could recycle the water resource thus no pollution will be made.
2. Our XS80A type gravel washing machine adopts steel punching sieve plate and mixing blades inside the drum. This model has high degree wear-resistant performance and long service life.
3. The XS80B type provides higher efficiency. The screen is made from square hole steel mesh and it is easy to replace. Moreover, a discharge belt conveyor for finished product is attached with our XS80B type products.
4. Our XS150 model is vibration screen type. With thick punched steel slab, it could have extreme high degree of abrasion resistance, increased ​stone washing area, higher efficiency and better clean performance.

 Model Selection

According to your hourly production rate, you can select the model that fits your need best. XS80A, XS80B and XS150 models are used for 60 ton/hour, 80 ton/hour and 120ton/hour, respectively.
Applications

Our product is mainly used to remove stains, stone chips and other impurities on the surface of gravel, one of the raw materials in concrete. Therefore the affinity of stone and cement could be improved to enhance the overall strength of concrete.
