L-Series Flexo Printing Slotting Machine

1. The L series flexo printing slotting machine adopts a chain feeder system for paperboard feeding. The feeding system is connected with the printing unit via a special clutch mechanism, so as to assure accurate feeding and printing performance.
2. The separation and combination between the printing unit and the slotting unit is electrically controlled. Additionally, the machine is designed with functions such as pneumatic printing unit locking and loosening, pneumatic printing plate lifting, automatic ink distribution to avoid ink drying, as well as independent pneumatic braking function for each unit to fix position.
3. The printing cylinder and slotting unit’s cutter head rotation angles can be mechanically adjusted in 360 degrees, and can be displayed via a graduated disc. They can also be electrically controlled with the help of an optional planetary gear mechanism, and the positions can be digitally displayed.
4. The flexo printing slotting machine is equipped with a gear pump for automatic lubrication.
5. The ink roller and printing press roller are connected by crosshead shoe, which assures stable transmission.
6.  All the shafts and rollers of the equipment are fine grinded and hard chrome plated.
7. The electrical elements are acquired from CHINT and DELIXI. The bearings are from Harbin Bearing Group.
