The semi-automatic flatbed die cutting machine is designed by combining the advantages of both national and international counterparts. It is ideal for use in the production process of high grade folding cartons.

1. The machine is equipped with high strength grippers which are applicable for different types of paperboards, cardboard, corrugated sheets, and so on. Its front, rear, and side paper positioning mechanism ensures high die cutting precision. The machine also supports die cutting without grippers.
2. The equipment comes with a high precision intermittent mechanism, fast operating pneumatic clutch, and pneumatic locking device.
3. With PLC controller and man-machine interface, the machine can digitally display its working speed, paper sheet quantity, and total operation time. Its fault display function makes trouble shooting much easier.
4. A variable frequency drive is utilized for stepless speed adjustment of the main motor, and also ensures smooth operation of the motor.
5. The flatbed die cutting machine is designed with several sensors and safety protection devices, so as to guarantee the safety of equipment and operators.
6. The front and rear end die cutting pressure can be independently adjusted. Also, the machine can be micro-adjusted manually, which is convenient and effortless.
