As a professional enterprise for providing high power laser cutting process service, we have exported the PLN type laser cutting machine from Italy. With the working format of 3000×1500mm, the equipment can cut carbon steel plate, stainless steel plate and aluminum plate effectively. The maximum thickness of the abovementioned materials that the equipment can cut is 16mm, 6 to 8mm and 3 to 4mm respectively. The equipment has a wide application range involving in manufacturing textile machinery, mechanical machinery, meter switch, household appliance, environmental protection equipment, elevator equipment, automobile, locomotive, ship, decoration and advertising device, oil drilling equipment and other aspects.

 Laser cutting machine takes usage of focused laser beam as heat source to achieve cutting. The centralized heat of the laser would not affect the other part of the material. The application of the equipment can allows for the operator without enough related experience completing the material cutting according to the needs. Furthermore, the equipment has many advantages of fast cutting speed, better cutting accuracy and ideal effect of width and flatness of cutting surface. In addition, the working pressure of the operator can also be reduced largely. The condition that long-term working of operator would commit the fault to lead to material damage won’t happen.
