The Blade series of CO2 metal cutting lasers uses mixed gas of CO2, N2 and He as the working medium. It can generate linear optical flow with the wavelength of 10.6µm stably in the environment with the temperature ranging from 5°C to 35°C and the humidity of 75%. Designed with the maximum output power ranging from 100W to 1500W, this series of products has rather larger output power than other gas product of the same scale.
Except for the advantage of large output power, the CO2 metal cutting laser also has good pointing stability and can adjust far-field divergence angle freely. The product with comparatively large power has relatively large diameter of the laser beam at the outlet. By choosing the product properly, customers can get ideal effect with desired power and divergence angle.
