Super heavy duty auto welding manipulator can weld longitudinal and circular seams automatically, and it is suitable for both inner and outer sides of cylindrical workpiece. This product is widely used in boiler, pressure vessel, and machinery manufacturing industry, etc.

Technical Parameters

Our super heavy duty auto welding manipulator has four models, and the lifting strokes are 5000mm, 6000mm, 7000mm and 8000mm, respectively. The lifting speed is the same, and the specific value is 1400mm/min. High quality steel is applied to produce the rail, and it is processed with annealing and planing techniques. Thus, the high precision and good abrasion proof property of the rail are guaranteed, and the stability of our product is improved. Meanwhile, the column and boom are also made of high quality steel via welding process, and the great rigidity is ensured. On the other hand, the column rotation angle range is ±180° with high precision. AC motor is employed as well, and it has outstanding features such as wide speed control range, high driving accuracy, and stable performance, etc. This welding manipulator is equipped with anti-falling device which prevents the falling of boom, so both equipment and working staff are well protected.
