Our adjustable welding rotator adopts leadscrew to adjust the drive roller, and then the center distance between rollers can be set at proper value to meet the diameter of workpiece. VFD speed control mode is used, and the delicate hand pendant allows easy and reliable operation. The load capacity can be as large as 60T, and our product also has other features, such as high turning precision, small inertia, good stationarity and great braking performance. This welding rotator is suitable for the welding process and production of workpiece, and it can improve the working efficiency and welding quality, and the worker is also released from heavy work. In addition, our SKG2 is suitable for workpiece with diameter range of 200-1800mm, and it has big driving force. Meanwhile, SKG2 also allows steady turning process and VFD control, and the linear speed is revealed by digital screen which facilitates the operation of user.
