The advancedtechnology like push-pull pickling line designed by Austria is imported for rustremoval of steel strip. The main part of the equipment was imported directlyfrom Austria,and some parts and accessories were provided by the domestic manufacturer. Thewhole line can be divided into three parts like the feeding area, the chemicaltreatment area and the discharging area. After the steel strip has gone throughthe acid pickling, it will be trimmed and oil painted during the dischargingarea. Our product after acid pickling treatment possesses superior properties,so it is widely applied to compressor, transportation tools, electricalswitchgear and many others.

Also, the imported technology is environmental and has absolutely solved thewaste recovery issues like the recovered acid and iron powder (Fe2O3)generated.
