Technical Requirements


1. The key dimensional precision of tooling is ±2μm.


2. This insert molding comes with three separate parts, with the precision of movement no more than 0.02mm.


3. The precision of auto cutting is less than or equal to 0.2mm.


4. The length of welding feet is 0.25mm.


5. The precision of shell gap shall be controlled within 0.03mm.
