45mm Diameter Aerosol Can

The 45mm-diameter aerosol can is available in heights from 85mm to 160mm. Standard tin can thickness is 0.18-0.20mm.  Both the cone top and domed bottom of this aerosol can have a thickness of 0.28mm. Upon your request, we can produce high-pressure aerosol spray cans to meet customer's special requirements. The 45mm diameter tinplate can is widely used for containing party string, perfume, and car care products.

Technical Requirements
1. A straight, rust-free aerosol can body comes with smooth weld lines. Deformation, fractured flange or wrinkles are not allowed.
2. The texts and graphics printed onto the aerosol can body should have the same or similar color to that of the sample. Slight color difference is tolerable as long as customers accept it.
3. Overprinting of texts and graphics needs to be clear. There should be no obvious scratches on the main part to be printed. For minor parts, only slight scratches are allowed and the number of scratches (no larger than 0.3mm×15mm) should not exceed 3.
