Features of Nitrogen Tire Inflator
1. Different from some like products without a vacuum extractor, the QY8000 nitrogen tire inflator is equipped with a built-in vacuum-pumping device to directly pump out the original air within a tyre before inflating it with nitrogen, which facilitates operation.
2. Its external nitrogen storage tank (300L) can be used to store nitrogen generated by the device. In this way, tyres can be filled with nitrogen from the tank rapidly, considerably increasing working efficiency.
3. The nitrogen is generated by three steps one by one: ①high-precision filter-②activated carbon filter-③high-octane BF-200# carbon molecular sieve.
The ①and② could successfully filter out and absorb moisture, oil and other impurities. The ③ could separate nitrogen from air and guarantee high nitrogen purity that is as high as 95%-99.5%
4. The nitrogen pressure of air storage tank is only 8kg. If the setting pressure of tire is higher than 8kg, the built-in high-speed supercharger will increase the output pressure of nitrogen until it reaches the setting value, which ensures rapid nitrogen generation speed and high inflating efficiency.
5. The QY8000 nitrogen tire inflator employs a temperature control device to automatically warm up before start if the environment temperature is too low, so as to prolong its service life. In addition, a water cooling system is adopted to control the temperature of nitrogen generated by the supercharger, effectively avoiding damage to tires.
