The QY4MT(A) clear floor 2 post lift is fitted with dual heavy-duty hydraulic cylinders and single stage posts. There is a cross beam at the top of two posts. All its oil hoses, steel cables, lock release cable and electrical wires are laid along the top cross beam, which leaves out a floor plate or base plate. Therefore, vehicles are able to drive through the two posts. With the overall height of 3700mm, this 2 post automobile lift is suitable for spacious workshops.

The 2 post lift employs a single point lock release system.

3. Arm Assembly
1) Standard offset (asymmetric) arm design
When the QY4MT(A) single cylinder 2 post lift is raising a vehicle, its front arms are near the front wheels of the vehicle and the rear arms are close to rear wheels. Since the front arm is shorter than the rear arm, the vehicle's center of gravity will be moved towards the center of posts, which helps to improve safety.

2) Combination of drop-in and screw lifting pads
A drop-in lifting pad contains sleeves of different heights. The operator can change the sleeve according to the height of a vehicle chassis. The pad comes with labor saving and easy operation. However, it sometimes fails to touch the chassis.
A screw lifting pad owns a screw inserted into a loading arm. The operator may turn the screw to adjust the pad height in line with the chassis height of a vehicle. The pad is capable of touching the chassis through laborious adjustment.
Different from many like products only fitted with drop-in lifting pads or screw lifting pads, our 2 post lift employs the combination of drop-in and screw lifting pads, namely, the screw lifting pad with a 70mm-high sleeve. The operator can insert the sleeve into a loading arm, put the screw pad into the sleeve, and then turn the screw in order to make the pad touch the chassis.

4) With the help of an up limit switch, the cylinder working stroke of two post automotive lift can be kept within a safe length scope.
5) To make synchronization process smoother and stronger, a heavy-duty steel cable with 8mm diameter and a cable pulley with 100mm diameter are employed.
6) In the middle of the cross beam exists a monitoring switch. As soon as the top of a lifted vehicle touches the switch, the machine will stop lifting.
7) The 2 post lift is capable of lifting or lowering vehicles smoothly, due to the self-lubricating sliding blocks which are made of ultra-high molecular nylon.

5. Control System
1) Push the "UP" button on the motor for lifting.
