QY4MT(B) clear floor 2-post lift is the advanced version of QY4MT(A) 2-post vehicle lift. This latest vehicle lifting system shows the space efficiency that QY4MT(A) one stage post hoist cannot deliver. This is because the total package length of QY4MT(A) post lift is 3700mm, which means there is only 12pcs in each 20 feet container with available length of 5800mm, and 2000x2200x2200 mm area is left.

This new clear floor 2-post lift is fitted with 2-stage posts, which are allowed to be separated for package. Thanks to drastically reduced package length, each 20 feet container now can load as many as 22pcs QY4MT(B).

Design of Clear Floor 2 Post Lift with Two Stage Post
Posts of QY4MT(B) is assembled by two stages. To ensure the highest stability and reliability of the posts, this post lift adopt three ingenious designs:
1. 2-stage posts are connected by 16pcs screws
2. The two stages come with plug-in design and the close-fitting length reaches 200mm
3. We adopt 50mm width and 5mm thickness steel support bar for the connection part.
