Overview
The GCS low voltage switchgear is a kind of drawout switchgear in multiple-row structure design. It is an essential electrical power system component for power plants, petroleum, chemicals, metallurgy, textile, high-rise building and other industries.
In places requiring high automation and computer interface, this low voltage switchgear can be applied to three-phase AC 50/60Hz, 380V/400V/660V, less than 5000A power supplying and generating systems. It also can be used for motor control and reactive power compensation.
We rigorously manufacture the low voltage switchgear according to standards like GB7251.1 (Low-voltage Switchgear and Controlgear Assemblies, Part 1: Type Tested and Partially Type Tested Assemblies), JB/T9661 (Low Voltage Withdrawable Switchgear Assemblies), and IEC439 (Low-Voltage Switchgear and Controlgear Assemblies).

Service Conditions
This low voltage switchgear should be applied under following conditions:
1. Ambient temperature: -5℃ to 40℃
Average temperature within 24 hours: ≤ 35℃ (Otherwise, derating should be implemented according to actual situation.)
2. Altitude (for indoor use): ≤2000m
3. Relative humidity: At 40℃, average humidity value shouldn’t exceed 50%, and at 20℃, the value can be 90%. Condensation should be taken into consideration on account of temperature changes.
4. When the switch cubicle is mounted, gradient from vertical plane cannot surpass 5%, and the assemblies are orderly in compliance with GBJ232 standard.
5. This low voltage switchgear should be mounted at places without strenuous vibration, impact or corrosion hazard.

Key Features of the Low Voltage Switchgear
1. This drawout switchgear is mainly made from 8MF open section steel with mounting holes on both profiles. The holes come with 9.2mm diameter and 20mm and 100mm modulus, convenient for mounting.
2. Horizontal main bus-bur adopts level arrangement mode to enhance the capability of electrodynamic force resistance, which is also a basic measurement to improve short-circuit resistance of main circuit.
3. Cable compartment is perfectly designed to facilitate cable connection.
4. The height modulus of each draw-out unit is 160mm. This low voltage switchgear is designed with 1/2 unit, 1 unit, 3/2 units, 2 units and 3 units, and the rated current of unit circuit is not more than 400A. Meanwhile, the draw-out units vary in width and depth, featured by excellent universality and mechanical interlocker.
