Surge Arrester (Power Distribution Class)
Description
The YH5WS-17/50 power distribution class surge arrester is primarily applied to substations and power transmission lines for lightning and operating overvoltage protection, characterized by rapid response, stable volt-ampere properties, lower residual voltage and high running reliability.
This surge arrester comes with insulation jacket made from silicone rubber, thus possessing advantages like good elasticity, high mechanical strength as well as corrosion and aging resistance.
In addition, the surge arrester adopts one-time injection molding technique as well as nonlinear zinc oxide resistance card with excellent volt-ampere properties as core, integrating all the merits of organic compound insulation and resistance card.
