Features of the Double Shaft Mixer
Designed with double shafts, this industrial mixer boasts fast mixing and high mixing evenness. It also has the following features.

1. The double shaft mixer is designed with a special discharging unit. The gate of the unit can be opened to a large angle. So the material discharge is quicker and the residue is less. Moreover, the gate is fully sealed to avoid the leakage of material.

2. The enlarged mixing space of double shaft mixer makes it possible to blend various kinds of light and heavy materials. Moreover, due to the big volume of the mixing chamber, there is sufficient space between liquid added and material blended for the complete atomization of the liquid. So the concretion of the material can be avoided.

3. The mixing machine is designed with multiple paths for adding different kinds of liquid into the machine.

4. This double shaft mixer has passed the spot check conducted by the General Administration of Quality Supervision. All the indexes conform to the standard:
