SMM Series Continuous Mortar Mixer

Description
The SMM series continuous mortar mixer is capable of automatic and continuous material feeding, water adding, mixing, and material discharging. It is highlighted by advanced performance, rational structure, low energy consumption, easy operation and simple maintenance. Meanwhile, after mixed by this continuous mixer, mortar agglomeration is avoided.

This mortar mixer is mainly composed of reduction gear, feeding hopper, mixing chamber, water supply system, discharging hopper, electric cabinet, support frame and other configurations.

Generally, our continuous mortar mixer is applicable for dry-mixed mortar with particle size of not more than 3mm, including the masonry, sand pulp, self-leveling mortar, etc.

Functional Features
1. The diameters of feeding hopper and mixing chamber respectively are 219mm and 273m, thus protecting motor and also avoiding water back flow and material blockage.
2. This construction machinery is incorporated by 4 major sections, thus one-man installation is available.
3. Mixing performance is largely enhanced since our continuous mortar mixer is equipped with a light-duty mixing blade and a heavy-duty mixing blade.
4. Mixing chamber and revolving shaft are manufactured from non-viscous wear-resistant engineering materials, effectively preventing material agglomeration.
5. The cement paste mixer enables automatic cleaning within 2 minutes at the push of a button.
6. All components of inner shaft are made to the highest standard and can be replaced easily and rapidly.
7. The machine weighs 135kg, easy for handling and assembling.
8. Fork-shaped agitator made of alloy steel prevents material agglomeration, making material conveying more stable.
9. Maintenance is simple and fast, and can be completed by workers at construction site.
10. Accessory consumption is extremely low, thus largely saving usage cost.
11. Drive system is built by new-type wear-resistant material. Thereby, the lifespan of our continuous mortar mixer is extended even if materials enter the interior of bearing.
12. Service port is engineered with an observation window which can be opened for overhaul when material agglomeration occurs. Hence, debugging time is largely shortened.
