True to its name, the under-mount double bowl sink is mounted under the surface of countertop. It fits nicely and tightly into the countertop cutout. Adhesives are used to create a seal between the sink and cutout. This is an ideal method of installation for you can get extra counter space by tucking the sink underneath. You can easily wipe any counter debris straight into the sink. Nothing stops you.

We only source high quality 304 stainless steel in sink construction. The thickness of the steel is greater than 1.2mm or 18gauge, meeting related European and US standards. Each sink is specially designed to suit European and American tastes.

The surface of our double bowl sink has been sent through a process known as sandblasting. During this process, a stream of air carrying fine sands to at high velocity to roughen the stainless steel surface by forming micro-sized dents on it. Such a surface is not easy to scratch.

In the past, butt welding was the most used process to produce our under-mount. Our recent focus has been on the one-piece stretch forming technology to appeal to market demands and meet the need of ourselves for self-improvement. Stretch formed kitchen sinks offer greater value because they are easy to make and available in high quality and output rate.

Undermounts are widely used sink installation types. They are mainly exported to North America, South America, and Australia.
