Volumetric Feeders for Materials with Consistent Bulk Density

Volumetric feeders have been developed as some of our machines’ feeding and dosing system. Then the material flow can be controlled by discharging a consistent volume of material. They are typically adopted when 1) bulk density of the material is consistent, 2) long term material feeding accuracy is not critical, 3) and feeder performance does not need to be documented. Chuangbo offers two types of screw feeders: the economical one is single screw volumetric feeder, while the twin screw volumetric feeder meets higher requirements.

Gravimetric Feeders for Precise Control and Better Long Term Accuracy

Gravimetric feeders is another device for feeding and dosing system. It can control material flow by precise weight control of the fed material, so greater feed accuracy is achieved. Of course, a scale will be needed for weighting. In addition to the improved process quality, material content in end products can be documented by the gravimetric feeders.

	Side feederThis side feeder can be single or double staged, with integral or segmented screw structures, combined with continuous dosing technology to realize multi-metering feeding.
	Main feeder Single/twin screw and vibrational/belt feeding system are selected based on different material flowing characteristics, coupled with various hopper designs to prevent materials from bridging.
	Two stage side feeder This type of side feeder is for feed in filler. The first stage is for speed control, while the second stage is for pushing-in.
	Crammer feeder The Crammer feeder comprises vertical crammer feeder, conical twin screw crammer feeder and double-roller crammer. When the crammer feeder is used for the feeding and dosing system, the efficiency of special material feeding and extrusion will be greatly improved.
	Liquid feeder Gear/piston/diaphragm pumps. Open- or close-loop control system. Room or elevated temperature capability. Explosion proof or/and corrosion resistant.
