Based on the international advanced technology and core parts for 8 to 12 ton 360o wheel excavator, the Q20 drive axle for wheel tractor is designed to meet the market needs in accordance with China’s national condition. This product is ideal for 20 ton tractors.
Q20A and Q20B both have two-stage reduction and transmission structure. The first stage happens at the main reduction hypoid pinion gear. This offers large input torque, high stability and transmission efficiency. The second stage is conducted by the hub reduction and transmission gear. This planetary (NGW type) gear delivers rigidity and stable output.
Meanwhile, the front and rear drive axles adopt either hydraulic shoe brake or caliper disc brake. The suitable structure provides large brake torque and stable brake efficiency. Also, the customized service is available to fit clients’ special application needs.
Technical specification
1. Q20A steering drive axle for wheel tractor is fitted with a semi-floating universal joint between the main and hub reduction gears. The steering is hydraulically driven, so the steering is flexible and stable. Besides, the swing axle sticks on the axle housing to save more room. Therefore, the structure of tractor becomes more compact and optimized.

2. Q20B rear drive axle has a full-floating axle between the main and hub reduction gear. This axle has a certain floating range in order to be protected from the impact from the deformation of housing.
