Features
1. The CNC vertical lathe is designed with vertical structure. The spindle bearing has good stiffness and suits heavy-duty cutting.
2. By using this equipment, the workpiece has excellent facing performance and machining accuracy, and is almost in round shape. Meanwhile, procedures like material feeding, blanking and clamping are easier.
3. The rotating tool post moves along longitudinal and transverse guideways on the carriage.
4. Thanks to the linear guideway and the ball screw for transmission, this product is highlighted by rapid movement, flexible processing, accurate positioning and long-term precision without crawling state.
5. The face plate with swing arm is configured with various manually, numerically and electrically controlled buttons as well as CRT devices, thus greatly improving the operability.
6. The CNC vertical lathe adopts fully enclosed protection mechanism. It is also installed with a rear chip cleaner.
