Features
1. The QC12Y/K hydraulic swing beam shearing machine comes with an integrally welded construction, treated with fireplace tempering.
2. The hydraulic gearing and the energy accumulator for return stroke are applied.
3. With the aid of indicator, the cutting edge clearance is conveniently and rapidly adjusted.
4. A beam alignment device is adopted, which is also used to adjust the stroke of upper tool post in stepless mode.
5. The fence-type safety protection device is configured.
6. The dimension of back gauge and cutting times will be perfectly shown on the digital display screen.

Differences of Product Series
1. The QC12Y series is a common hydraulic swing beam shearing machine, adopting the Estun E10 system from a well-known brand.
2. The QC12K series is configured with Estun E200 system of renowned brand or Delem DAC310/DAC360 system which is a dedicated CNC system for plate cutting machine. Besides, the back gauge is optionally equipped with the imported AC servo motor, which also adopts the imported ball screw and the linear guideway.
