2. It is controlled by microcomputer and hydraulically driven with Chinese human-machine touch screen display. It works via either manual or semi-automatic operation. The mobile foot switch integrates both starting up and emergency stop functions.
3. With double-station configuration, this equipment enables twice tube narrowing processing at one time. On the other hand, with the support of linear guide rail, the operation is abrasion-free and the repeated processing features high quality.
4. The hydraulic automatic pipe end forming machine can process various shapes of tubes, and the dies are used according to specific tube shapes. Generally, it is available for tubes with convexity, concave, knob, opening elbow and flat elbow, or for rectangular, square, extended, oblique and V-shape tubes.
5. The distance between two machine heads are adjustable based on the tube length. (This is only feasible for two-end tube forming).
6. Customers can choose mono-clamping or dual-clamping according to the tube length.
7. The hydraulic valve is imported from Yuken of Japan.
