Integrated T5 LED Tube for Series Connection

After investigating customer needs, we have broken with tradition and designed the integrated T5 LED tube for series connection. The product integrates the light tube and the bracket into a unit, comparing with the independent light tube and independent bracket in traditional design. The new design makes the product nicer and sturdier. More over, the light can be fixed with fasteners, realizing an easy installation.

Application
The LED tube is widely used at home, in office, workshop, hospital, and school for substituting traditional T5 fluorescent lights that rely on calcium halo phosphate and trichromatic phosphors.

The integrated structure makes the LED tube quite sturdy.

The product can be conveniently fixed with fasteners without requiring an extra bracket. Several light tubes can be connected in series.

The luminous efficiency is as high as 106LM/W, saving more than 70% of energy than daylight lights, and saving 80% of energy than incandescent lights, 50% than fluorescent lamps.
4. Long Lifespan
The LED tube uses the 3528 LED with a 10*23 mil chip that is able to run for more than 50,000 hours. The lifespan of the light tube reaches 40,000 hours as a result of special encapsulation technologies.
5. High Power Factor
Its power factor is above 0.95.
6. Green Light
It does not emit UV, infrared, or thermal radiation, and neither does it contain mercury, so it is environmental friendly.
7. High Quality Light Mask
The high quality light mask has high light extraction efficiency, definitely superior than traditional fluorescent lights in this point. The light mask also gives out soft light, making you feel comfortable.
8. High Color Rendering Index
With a high color rendering index, the product is able to give you a clear vision in a faithful way. It also supports color temperature adjustment.
9. Small Light Attenuation
The light attenuation is so small that the average annual value is lower than 6%.
10. Quick Response
It can immediately reach the highest luminous flux after being turned on. Meanwhile, its does not have stroboflash or unacceptable glare.
11. High Stability
It has a built-in thermal protection system and constant-current circuit, which prevent the product from voltage fluctuation and overheat, make it work stably and efficiently.

It is certified by CE, ROHS, PSE, and FCC, and is warranted for 3 to 5 years.

Note
1. Ensure that the power supply has been cut off before you install the LED tube.
2. Be careful with water and electricity.
3. Ensure that you are using a voltage in the range of the working voltage.
4. Read the instruction book carefully before installation.

The box is made of 7 layers of corrugated paper and a box can hold 25 pieces of light tubes.
