Rotating End Cap T8 LED Tube

The angle of coverage of the rays from LED lamps is much smaller than that of fluorescent lamps. To efficiently utilize the light energy, we designed the rotating end cap T8 LED tube. The light tube can be rotated to adjust the illuminated area.

Application
The LED tube can replace old-time T8 fluorescent lights in various places such as homes, offices, workshops, hospitals, schools, parking lots, bus stations, airports, tunnels, supermarkets, vendor machines, etc.

Highlights
1. Adjustable Illumination Angle
The direction of the light rays is adjustable as required. The light tube can be rotated 180 degrees to adjust the coverage of rays.
2. Long Lifespan
The adopted 3528 LED with 10*23 or 9*26 mil chips and 2835 LED with 14*28 chips are able to run for more than 50,000 hours. The LED tube is encapsulated with special technology, so it is quite durable with a lifespan of 40,000 hours.
3. High Luminous Efficiency
The luminous efficiency of the 3528 and 2835 LED lamps are 105LM/w and 115LM/W respectively, and the lamps use 70% less of electricity than normal daylight lights.
4. High Power Factor
Excellent design of the power supply circuit enables a power factor higher than 0.95, effectively protects the grid.
5. Special Power Supply Method
The light tube powered from only an end is optional.
6. Internal Power Supply Circuit
As the product adopts internal power supply circuit, it can be used in an existing T8 bracket, making installation easier and lowering cost.
7. Quick Startup
The product can quickly reach the highest luminous flux after being ignited and works without stroboflash or uncomfortable glare.
8. Uniform Direction
The rays have unified direction, hence are easy to control and utilized with high efficiency.
9. Green Light
The lamp is green as it does not give out UV, infrared, or heat radiation, and does not use mercury.
10. High Color Rendering Index
High color rendering index makes your vision clear and real. The color temperature is adjustable.
11. High Stability
The internal thermal protection system and constant-current circuit ensure that the light works stably and efficiently even when voltage is fluctuating.
12. Guaranteed Quality
The product is approved by the standard including UL, CUL, TUV, CE, ROHS, PSE, FCC, etc. and is warranted for 3 to 5 years.

The LED tube can be designed and manufactured based on special requests from customers.

Installation
The two spins at either side of the light tube are connected with a copper strip, and then connected to the power supply circuit inside. You can install the LED tube to various places or use it to replace an old light tube. However, the product cannot be used together with ballasts, lamp starters, or compensation capacitors. Remove these elements in the old circuit before installing the product. To install the product, connect either end of the light tube to L-AC, and the other end to N-AC, as shown in the following picture.

Note
1. Cut off the power before the installation.
2. Keep away from water and be careful of electricity.
3. Ensure that the voltage used is in the required range.
4. Before using an old bracket for T8 fluorescent lights, remove the old ballast, lamp starter, and compensation capacitor.
5. Read the instruction book carefully before installation.

Every 25 units are packaged with a box made from 7 layers of corrugated paper.
