Ferry Car

The ferry car is a kind of material handling equipment that travels across the line of AAC production. Thanks to this transfer trolley, the mould-carrying car and the cake-filled autoclaving car can run on each other’s rails.

Ferry cars come in various types, each type carrying out a specific task. The trolley can be used to transfer mixed concrete to the pouring site, pass the pre-set cake through cutting process, carry the cut cake to the autoclave, and send the autoclaved concrete for further processing. Other tasks include return the mould to the pouring site and take the cake to the pre-setting chamber.

Major parts of the transfer trolley include the main framework, traveling mechanism, transmission device, and positioning system.
