The R6105ZD series are six cylinder diesel engines with higher power rating than our inline 4-cylinder engines. They also employ larger air filter to accomplish the air intake smoothly. Especially noteworthy is that the R6105ZD inline 6 engine is the most competitively priced product among all types of six cylinder engines with the same capacity.
Characteristics
1. For the purpose of reducing thermal load for the cylinder head, the based plate of cylinder head, especially the part that is exposed to high temperature directly, is designed with varied wall thickness. This ensures extended cylinder lifespan and enhanced reliability. Also, the six cylinder diesel engine uses cooling water to cool down the air valve and fuel injector.
2. This turbo diesel engine utilizes a floating type piston pin. When the piston runs at certain temperature, the piston pin can rotate in the pin hole to keep even abrasion.
3. The piston top of the engine is coated with graphite or galvanized, improving its ability of reducing abrasion, friction heat, etc.

The six cylinder, four stroke engine is a high performance power solution for cars, irrigation pumps, agricultural vehicles, and especially diesel generating sets.
