1. Heat Exchangers
For keeping stable dew point and reducing the operating cost of customers, the compressed air dryer is manufactured with the shell and tube heat exchanger. Due to the extra large air-to-air heat exchanger and air-to-refrigerant heat exchanger, the refrigerated dryer maximizes the heat transfer efficiency and minimizes the pressure drop.
The highly efficient stainless steel condensate separator removes 99% of the condensed water.
The well insulated heat exchangers, separator and air pipelines of the large capacity refrigerated dryer maintain good cooling effect, which prevents the liquid evaporating in the separator again and sweating on the cold surface.

The refrigeration dryer employs the international brand screw compressor. The automatic temperature control can keep consistent dew point in a wide range of operation condition.
