Features
1. Special design
The diesel generator set is powered by the Cummins inline 6 engine which features stable running and high efficiency. Designed with sturdy and durable cylinder, the four stroke engine generates low vibration and noise whilst working. The replaceable wet cylinder liner is long lasting and convenient for maintenance. Every two cylinders are configured with one cylinder head. Each cylinder has four air valves to intake sufficient air. Moreover, the Cummins diesel engine utilizes the forced water cooling method for efficient cooling. It gives out small thermal radiation, showing outstanding performance.

2. Fuel system
Our diesel generator set features the Cummins patented PT fuel system. The system comes with a special unit for over speed protection, and delivers high reliability and low failure due to the low pressure oil pipeline and fewer pipelines. The high pressure fuel injection ensures complete and efficient combustion. For enhanced reliability and safety, the fuel system is additionally mounted with check valves for fuel supply and fuel return systems.

3. Air intake system
Our Cummins powered diesel generator set is mounted with dry air filter and air resistance indicator. With the turbocharger driven by the exhaust gas, the diesel engine for genset driving purpose gets enough air inside and gets the performance guaranteed.

4. Exhaust system
The diesel genset uses the pulse type dry exhaust pipe, which is efficient in utilizing the energy of exhaust gas and facilitating the performance of the diesel engine. Exhaust elbows and corrugated exhaust pipes with universal diameter of 127mm ensure convenient connection.

5. Cooling system
The diesel engine for the generator set is equipped with a centrifugal gear pump for forced water cooling purpose. The large capacity flow channel ensures efficient cooling, as well as reduced heat radiation and noise. The unique screw mounted water filter is corrosion and rust resistant, and it serves to control the acidity and remove the impurities from the water.

6. Engine lubricating system
The variable flow oil pump is able to modulate the oil supply when it gets the signals about the changing pressure of the oil in the main oil gallery. It is an efficient device to optimize the capacity of the oil flowing into the engine. Under the conditions of low oil pressure ranging from 241 to 345kPa, the abovementioned method is able to reduce the power loss for supplying oil greatly and improve the power performance and economical efficiency of the engine.

7. Power output
The Cummins powered diesel generator set can be installed with a double grooved crankshaft pulley for power output in front of the absorber.
