R6113ZLD 155KW Direct Injection Diesel Engine

In comparison with our inline 4-cylinder engines and other inline six engines, the R6113ZLD direct injection diesel engine is equipped with larger cylinders with diameter up to 113mm. Also, it is available with larger radiator tank, enlarged fuel injection pump, and streamlined structure design.

With high power rating of 155kW, this turbo diesel engine is a performance but low cost power unit for cars, diesel gensets, irrigation pumps, as well as tractors and similar agricultural vehicles. Characteristics
1. The turbocharged direct injection engine comes with a high-mounted camshaft to shorten the push rod. By increasing rigidity and vibration frequency of the air intake and exhaust system, this design minimizes operation noise and ensures running stability under high speed conditions.

2. Generally speaking, the rear end of camshaft features small torsional vibration. Our four cycle engine has its transmission gear mounted at the camshaft rear end, thus prolonging the service life of gear and reducing transmission noise.

3. Because of reduced diameter for water pump pulley, the cooling water quantity is increased during operation. Thus, the cooling effect of the turbocharged diesel engine is greatly improved.
