PP Fiber Masterbatch

The CA27 masterbatch mainly uses polypropylene as the carrier, and widely applies to the filling modification of PP fiber extrusion. It overcomes other masterbatch's problems of dust spill and weak tension, and obtains unanimous approval of our customers.

Product Characteristics
1. In the course of use, there is no dust overflow, which beautifies the working environment and extends the service life of the machine. It improves the inking force of the finished product, ensuring good printability. With good plasticity, stability and liquidity, it does not clog the filter net, ensuring smooth cloth surface.

2. After adding this material, the ribbon-like filament achieves good plasticization and dispersion. It has good compatibility with polyethylene and polypropylene. It features good gloss, excellent texture, and high hardness. Under the same adding proportion, it has better tension and higher cost and performance ratio. It is in compliance with international environmental standards.

3. The ton bag added by 15% and ordinary bags added by 35% can reach the national standard requirements of tension. The1-5% addition of this PP fiber masterbatch can help them pass the UV test.

4. There is no oil dripping or black smoke when burning and the heat generated is low. No secondary pollution is produced and no damage to the incinerator is caused.

5. In the process of printing film lamination and paper plastic composition, it can meet industry standards, while improving production efficiency and reducing management costs.

6. The product has passed the "SGS" test.
