Stationary AAC Block Cutting Machine
The stationary AAC block cutting machine is divided into two types which are longitudinal type and transverse type, and the cutting process is as follows.
The mould reversing machine turns the mould for 90° in air, while the blocks and side plates are moved onto cutting cart after the mould is removed. The cutting cart, driven by a motor, moves slowly across the longitudinal cutting device, and longitudinal cutting is finished. Then, the cutting cart travels to the center of transverse cutting device which will be started later to commence horizontal cutting step. In addition, the transverse cutting device descends in the vertical direction, and it will rise for reset after this stage is completed.
