FL/ITC Turbo Classifier

Working Principle
Apart from the FL or ITC turbo classifier, the whole grading system also includes the cyclone separator, dust remover, and the induced draft fan. Under the action of the powerful centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotating turbine, the powder will be separated into the fine type and coarse type. The qualified powder will get into the cyclone separator or will be collected by the dust remover. Meanwhile, the coarse powder will be re-separated by the secondary wind, and the micro powder will go to the grading area for secondary classification. Finally, the coarse particle will drop to the outlet for discharging.

Features
1. The FL or ITC turbo classifier is suited to the dry grading of micro powder, including globular powder, flaky powder, and acicular powder. Moreover, it can be used to classify the particles of different densities.
2. It can be used to classify the powder with the fineness ranging from D97: 8 to 150μm. This classifier allows the product fineness to be stepless adjustable.
3. This machine offers the grading efficiency of 60% to 80%. Its grading efficiency is proportional to the material mobility.
4. It adopts the horizontal type turbine device which features slow rotational speed and excellent abrasion resistance. The configuration of system power is low.
5. Several classifiers can be used in series connection, to simultaneously produce several powders of different fineness.
6. The machine can be used in series connection with the ball mill, vibromill, raymond mill, etc. A closed cycle will be formed.
7. In the controlling system, the process control not only can offer the real-time display of the operating status, but also easy operation.
8. The dust discharge amount is no more than 40mg/m3. With the sound-insulation method, our machine generates the noise below 75dB (A).
