NJP-2 series automatic capsule filling machine is used to fill hollow capsules with powders, particles or pellets. Based on our old type product, the machine has been designed and updated by combining advantages of similar products at home and abroad. The whole production process has been performed in full conformity with GMP standards.
The capsule filling machine features stable operation, safety, and reliability. Capsule filling rate is more than 99%, which means accurate dosage. Frequency speed control and PLC system are available. The machine has an enclosed structure and it conforms to GMP standards.

Main Features
1. Internal design of mould rotary table has been made better. Original Japan linear bearings are applied. Therefore, the accuracy of the machine and its service life can be fully ensured.
2. The cam is designed as down-setting. A pressure pulverization oil pump is applied to guarantee precise lubrication of the cam slot, minimizing abrasion and extending the service life of parts.
3. After making use of extra large cam dividing box, our company becomes one of few enterprises in China that adopt RU125 dividing box to match with RU100 type. Even though production cost has been increased, the stability and service life of the machine have been improved significantly.
4. The machine is controlled by computer. Stepless frequency control is also possible. The digital display leads to convenient operation.
5. The capsule filling machine adopts three-dimensional regulators and takes the undersurface plane of metering panel as base so as to ensure interval uniformity and content uniformity. Moreover, powder fill accuracy is maintained within 3.5%.
6. Capsule level control switch, which is installed outside of the machine body, simplifies operation and improves safety.
7. Inching control system is added to facilitate cleaning and maintenance.
