Specially designed by our researchers, DZB-400D Flow Wrapping Machine for Pharmaceutical Products is often used for secondary packing of medicine aluminum-plastic plates in pharmaceutical industry. The machine contributes to better performance of humidity resistance of these plates and manages to protect medicine from damage caused by light. Our finished products have beautiful appearance. The PLC programmable controller makes operation of the whole machine programmed. A coding machine is available to print information including batch numbers, production date, expiry date on the outside package. An innovative edge folder is developed to enable the pharmaceutical flow wrapping machine to fold and pack goods with certain thickness. Automatic feeders of the machine are supposed to feed aluminum-plastic plates with various specifications.

Frequency Control-Speed regulation of the main motor is achieved by advanced frequency converter. Various packing materials could be used on the machine.

Programmable Control-PLC is adopted to make operation of the whole machine programmed.

Digital Text Display-The screen is able to display many parameters such as speed of main machine, set bag length, actual bag length, offset and yield. Hence, users can easily know about this information.

Automatic Adjustment of Bag Length-Users can change the bag length on the TD-200 screen by themselves. Computer programs are capable of automatically adjusting the bag length to set points, which is very easy and convenient.

Two-way Compensation of Color Code Aligning-The color code is detected by imported photoelectric sensor, automatically tracked by PLC computer programs and compensation devices to achieve quick and accurate color code aligning.

Four Sets of Automatic Temperature Controllers-Temperature controllers are used to control the temperatures of every heating part, thus improving healing effect.

Adjustable Bag Maker-The packing materials we use come into different specifications.

Automatic Folder-The wrapper is suitable for packaging of capsules. Equipped with an automatic folder, the packer is also applied for overlap packaging of three to five layers of medicine plates and folding and packing of super-thick goods.
