The speed regulating motor transports the packing films. Driven by the servo motor, the ball screw goes back and forth to drag finished bags. Sensors automatically rectify deviations and help to install packing films. Electric-eye color code is applied to mark the positions where the wrapping film should be cut. The gel solution swab packing machine also achieves automatic heat sealing, automatic feeding through a vibrating plate, charging with a manipulator, automatic injection, punching easy tearing mouth and slitting of finished products.
