Diamond Saw Blade

The cutting edge would be consumed during the use process, while the basal body won't. The key reason for the sawing function of cutting edge is that it contains the diamond. Diamond is known as the hardest substance in the world so far. The diamond particles are wrapped inside the cutting edge through the metal powder. They can cut the work piece under the action of rubbing.

The structure of steel core with circle stress of the diamond saw blade can enhance balance. By using the automatic temperature control sintering furnace together with the diamond particles, the cutting edge is sharp and long lasting. We use the automatic molding machine rather than the manual operation to ensure same edge thickness and nice appearance of each product.
